Founder Bio

Over her 25+ year career, Andrea has led both global and national campus recruiting functions in investment banks at both Credit Suisse and Lehman Brothers, in consulting firms at Booz Allen and McKinsey & Company, at the large corporates including Walmart and a CPG multinational, as well as at start-ups.

With her teams, she has recruited and evaluated student talent from hundreds of undergraduate and graduate schools. She possesses an intimate understanding of what hiring managers look for in students and early career grads - - with experience ranging from structuring and implementing assessments and interviews to reviewing thousands of student resumes to sitting in hundreds of hiring decision meetings where feedback on candidates is discussed with hiring managers at all levels.

There are plenty of great career coaches out there but few who focus solely on supporting students and early tenure grads. There is no doubt that this unique talent group has different needs – they need more education, more frequent coaching, more patience and ultimately more experience with what college/early tenure employers look for. And there are few career advisors who possess the depth and breadth of this experience - - Andrea has spent her entire professional life hiring college and early tenure grads.

Beyond her work experience, Andrea is an MBA graduate from Harvard Business School and holds a BA in Economics and French from Wellesley College where she graduated Magna Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa. Andrea lives in Connecticut with her husband Andy and her two college age children.
